Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was excellent with easy access on-and-off the expressway and close to many stores, but the room right above reception was a disgrace, absolutely filthy, and smelled like urine.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were actually better than expected, despite a slight smell of cigarette smoke. The service provided was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to assist. The location was excellent, with easy access to the expressway and close to all the places we wanted to visit. However, the construction in front of the building and the bars on the windows were a downside. The dining experience offered a great variety of hot and cold entrees, but a couple of instances of running out of food were disappointing.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, despite being better than the previous one I stayed in, needed better cleanliness as I had to bring my own clean towels and toilet paper. The service was welcoming and nice, although there was some frustration during check-in due to a mistake that required me to wait. The location was convenient with easy access to surrounding areas and the airport, but it was on a main artery street through Phoenix. The dining experience was extremely good with a variety of options, and the free breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The facilities were decent, but there was room for improvement.
My stay at the Motel 6 was surprisingly better than expected. The room, although lacking some cooking equipment, was comfortable with a king-size bed. The service had its ups and downs, but the location was convenient for exploring Phoenix and its attractions. The dining experience was decent, and the facilities met basic needs.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nice and clean, but I found the hotel overall to be a bit nasty. However, the granite countertop and tub surround in the room were efficient. The service was excellent, especially because they gave us a room away from the street and honored my AAA discount. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the road construction outside during our stay was a real downside, and the bars on the windows made me feel uncomfortable. The dining options were good with a variety of choices, but I was disappointed that it closed at 9 pm. The hotel facilities were okay. The Wi-Fi was lacking and the courtyard was under construction which was a drawback.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was convenient for my travels around Phoenix, being close to everything I needed. However, the service left a lot to be desired as the staff were rude and unaccommodating. The dining options were decent though. The facilities were adequate, but the rooms needed some improvement.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient for my needs and the desert landscaping around the property was beautiful, but the construction in front of the building was bothersome and the bars on the windows gave a negative impression. The service was a mix of helpfulness and interruptions, with some staff being extremely friendly and accommodating while others woke me up unnecessarily early. The dining experience was decent, with a good variety, but there were some organizational issues that could be improved. The rooms, unfortunately, were in a worn condition and not properly serviced before our check-in, which was disappointing.
The hotel rooms were clean and modern with a granite countertop and tub surround, but lacked some cooking equipment. The non-smoking rooms had a lingering smell of smoke and sticky countertops. Check-out process could be improved.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room, despite being marked as non-smoking, felt a bit broken but was surprisingly comfortable. The amenities were a nice touch, and the proximity to shopping areas at an affordable rate was a plus. However, the room appeared not very clean, which was a downside.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed with a full kitchenette, but they did have a lingering smell of cigarette smoke and were not as clean as expected upon reentering. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very nice and accommodating. However, there were some issues with the dining options and the cleanliness could have been improved. The location was convenient, with a beautiful desert landscaping and a clean pool, but the ongoing road construction nearby was a bit of a drawback.
